Welcome to the free online Guitar Pro tabs player. This tool provides all the features you need to practice and play your favorite guitar pieces. Additionally, the player supports MusicXML files, expanding your musical possibilities. Our tool has no affiliation with Arobas Music, the creators of the excellent Guitar Pro software. We utilize the amazing AlphaTab library to deliver our features.

How to Use Our Online Guitar Pro Player

Start by selecting a Guitar Pro file (.gp3, .gp4, .gp5, .gpx, .gp) or MusicXML file (.xml, .musicxml) using the file input on the page. Simply browse your device, and select your chosen file. Once uploaded, the player will automatically display the music notation and tabs, ready for you to start playing.

Control Playback

• Play, Pause, Stop: Use the play button to start playback, pause to temporarily stop, and stop to halt playback completely.
• Countdown Before Start: Enable the countdown feature to give yourself a few seconds to prepare before the playback begins. This is useful for getting ready and ensuring you start playing at the right moment.
• Loop: To practice a specific section, highlight the desired part of the music and enable the loop feature. The player will continuously replay that section, helping you focus on tricky parts.
• Metronome: Turn on the metronome to keep your timing precise. Adjust the tempo to match your practice needs.

Manage Tracks

• Switch Tracks: Want to focus on a different instrument or section? Use the track switcher to change tracks within the Guitar Pro or MusicXML file.
• Solo and Mute: Solo a track to hear it in isolation, perfect for focusing on a particular part. You can also mute other tracks to create a custom playback experience that suits your practice style.
• Volume Control: Adjust the volume of individual tracks to balance the sound and highlight the parts you’re practicing.

Customize Your View

• Zoom Levels: Adjust the zoom to your preferred level to make the music notation and tabs as easy to read as possible.
• Page and Horizontal Layouts: Choose between page and horizontal layouts depending on your viewing preference. Page layout is ideal for printing, while horizontal layout provides a continuous view perfect for screen practice.
• Print Your Music: If you prefer practicing offline or want to keep a hard copy, simply use the print feature to print out the music notation or tabs directly from the player.

For maximum convenience, install our player as a PWA (Progressive Web App) for offline use, ensuring you can always play your favorite songs no matter where you are.
